In autumn 2005, the Novi Sad Fair will be richer by a unique exhibition-congress, business-trading centre - "Master centre", which will make the Fair's "heart beat" all 365 days a year.

The first phase – the exhibition hall – has been functional since last year and the works on construction of another 20,000 m2 of congress, trading, business and catering facilities and hotel commenced immediately after construction permit was obtained, on 8th April this year.

By completing this 20-million euro worth of investment the Novi Sad Fair will most definitely become a unique European-regional centre, where congress activities will be organised along with exhibition ones. European experiences in organisation of fair events, which are closely connected to organisation of congress events, as well as the congress hall of the future "Master centre" with its 2,700 m2 of fully equipped area with 900 seats, will enable the Novi Sad Fair to organise important business and promotional activities for both domestic and foreign partners.



Forty companies have already recognised this opportunity to be in the centre of economic and business activities and have purchased offices and business premises in the future "Master centre". This means that 13,000 m2 will this year get new owners, who will thus move the centre of their activities to the Novi Sad Fair.

The "Master centre" will also accommodate the headquarters of the Exhibition Association of Southeast Europe, founded by the Novi Sad Fair last year, now comprising 15 fair institutions from the region. One of comparative advantages of the "Master centre" will be its membership in the World-Wide Business Centres Europe, with the headquarters in Zurich. The centre of the Commodity Exchange will also be in the "Master centre" and a strong business portal will be a part of the ambience and technical conditions which would facilitate the most modern possibilities for comprehensive business presentations aimed at domestic and foreign partners and establishment of business contacts.



EUROPEAN-REGIONAL
exhibition-congress and business-trading centre

The MASTER CENTRE of the Novi Sad Fair is the biggest domestic investment, which will, upon completion, represent a EUROPEAN-REGIONAL exhibition-congress and business-trading centre. By the completion of the second phase, the MASTER CENTRE will make 30.000 m2 of exclusive multi-purpose premises:

• 13,000 m2 are FOR SALE - business premises and office space, shops, restaurants and business apartments of the GARNI type hotel
• 7,000 m2 represents ATTACHED FACILITIES
• 10,000 m2 has been built - EXHIBITION HALL and GALLERY WITH THE BASIS OF THE CONGRESS CENTRE

The Novi Sad Fair and the Construction Company "Budućnost", as co-investors will build a comprehensive multipurpose business project that comprises six connected units:

• ENTRANCE HALL - a hall connected to the main entrance, Hall 1 and the "Master" Hall as well as to the other units of the "Master Centre". The Entrance Hall will comprise an information centre, a bank, a post office, a rent-a-car service, an exchange office, counters for checking rail and air fares, a ticket office, the video and info terminal, registration and accreditation counters and other facilities.
• CONGRESS HALLS - on the gallery of the "Master" Hall - connected to the Garni type hotel - these halls will have been equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment for high standard conference and congress activities in halls that, if need be, can be connected into a large hall catering 900 people.
• BUSINESS PREMISES - physically and functionally connected to the Entrance Hall. Office space will be on the first and other floors and will be dedicated to quiet office-type businesses.
• "GARNI" TYPE HOTEL - a side building juxtaposed with the "Master" Hall - will comprise 6 single, 25 double rooms and two high class suites, along with all the relevant facilities suitable for so highly ranked hotels (restaurants, saunas, recreation halls, clubs, hotel management...)
• SHOPS - will be on the ground floor and on the first floor facing the street - they will be multipurpose spaces (two-floor shops) that will make separate units for independent usage.
• "MASTER" HALL - operational since March 2003, it was completed and equipped in less than 12 months.

The planned floors of the MASTER CENTRE from G+3 to G+7 and the loft architecturally fit into the existing urban environment and fully meet all functional and aesthetic standards.

THE MASTER CENTRE of the Novi Sad Fair will be built of and equipped with modern and quality material and the state-of-the-art instalation systems - air-conditioning, ventilation and heating, signalisation, safety systems, cable systems for telephone and computer networks, entrance control systems, the system of video surveillance...

The Novi Sad Fair and the construction Company "Budućnost" from Novi Sad are selling 13,000 m2 of business and trading premises to future owners. Located exclusively centrally in Novi Sad, on the corner of Hajduk Veljkova and Braće Popović, the MASTER CENTRE will have good communication with the other parts of the city and intercity traffic connections.

Reasons for participating in this project are manifold:

• The "Master Centre" will be included into the network of European Business Centres - the World-Wide Business Centres Europe, with its headquarters in Zurich.
• The centre of Commodity Exchange will be at the "Master Centre"
• The membership of the Novi Sad Fair in UFI and CEFA will enable connections with significant European economic centres
• A powerful business portal on the Internet is under construction
• The ambiance and the technical facilities of the "Master Centre" offer state-of-the-art possibilities for media and marketing activities
