Investment in better conditions for patients at Dr Vukan Cupic Mother and Child Institute
Dr Vukan Cupic Mother and Child Institute in New Belgrade plans to build a sterile department for bone marrow transplantation.
The new ward within the Institute will be built as an annex to the existing building. As people at this hospital told eKapija, all the works will be financed by the Health Ministry, but they cannot be expected to commence before the next year.
A technical check of the main design was performed by Belgrade-based CMD Cons Engineering.
The Institute also plans to reconstruct the neurology ward, which has not been renovated since 1971.
The author of the neurology ward reconstruction project is Belgrade-based Architerra, and the works will be financed from a donation of the U.S. Embassy.
