The owner of "Swisslion-Takovo" announces purchase of Trebinje's Industry of tools

The owner of "Swisslion-Takovo", Rodoljub Draskovic stated that he would soon become the owner of 64% of the state's capital in Trebinje's company "Industry of tools", announcing that he would invest in this company 3 millions EUR in the next 3 years.

Draskovic suggested that all negotiations between him and the Government of Serbian Republic (RS), that between him and the Directive for privatization of RS, were successfull.

In this way he will become a majority owner of the basic company as well as of the Factory of special tools, Factory of tools with hard metal, Factory of tools for screwing, Factory of tools for drilling, Factory of machines and pipes in Trebinje and Factory of screwing heads in Nevesinje.

As earlier mentioned, Draskovic will pay for this purchase to the Serbian Republic a total of 800.000 EUR.

Draskovic pointed out in Trebinje that no one of the 2.000 emploees in the Industry of tools would not be left out, expressing its expectation that the business results of this company would improve as early as by the end of this year.

Many of the emploees, however, would have to be requalified, and in this purposes there will be organized training in the factory itself with the help of more experienced workers of the "Industry of tools".
