Saint-Gobain to buy Topola-based Karbon factory

Saint-Gobain Weber Serbia CEO Milan Lukic and CEO of Topola-based Karbon Strahinja Jokic will sign an acquisition agreement in the Embassy of France in Belgrade on November 14th, the Ekonometar magazine announces in its new issue.

By taking over Karbon, Saint-Gobain Weber will improve its offer of construction products in regional markets, especially in Serbia and Montenegro.

Karbon produces facades, dispersion paints, building glues, plasters and has a range of 45 products for specific purposes.
