Strabag buys 30.92% of stocks of Crnagoraput?

Austrian company that builds tunnels and highways Strabag bought the tender documentation for procurement of State-owned 30.92% of stocks in Crnagoraput(http://www.montenegroberza.com/ProspektCPUT.htm), with the obligation of additional capitalization. Beside Strabag, the Government expects that Austrian company Siteliski will also buy tender documentation, whereas Israeli and Slovenian companies expressed their interest before.

Strabag was the main contactor for works on tunnel Vrmac in Montenegro. In 2005, it became the owner of Serbian road maintenance companies in Zaječar and Čačak.
