'Montevideo' wins Best Film Award in Beijing

The movie 'Montevideo, Taste of a Dream', directed by Dragan Bjelogrlic and produced by Intermedia Network, won the award for the best feature-length movie - Guirlande d'Honneur, at the 8th international sports film festival in Beijing.

Bjelogrlic's movie won the title of the Best Feature Film at the Beijing festival, which was held between November 14 and 17, beating 30 other movies from five continents competing in seven categories, Intermedia Network said in a release.

The sports film festival in Beijing is organized as part of the FICTS festival (FICTS - Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs), which is held in more than 15 different countries.

This year's 30th issue of the FICTS festival will be held in Milan, between December 5 and 9, and 'Montevideo, Taste of a Dream' is chosen to represent the Serbian sports film production in the main competition.
