Belgrade-based "Intercontinental" to be offered for sale in October?

Hotel "Intercontinental", according to an unofficial information, will be offered for sale in October 2006 and the starting price will be higher than 45m EUR.

It is still unknown whether "Intercontinental" will be offered for sale alone or as a part of "Intercontinental SCG" group, which encompasses hotel "Grand" on Kopaonik, business suites, the Belgrade Gate and Office Space, because the privatization councillor should hand over the privatization strategy to the Privatization Agency of Serbia these days.

When the Agency approves the strategy and forwards it to the Government of Serbia, it will be known if the hotel will be sold on a tender or at an auction. Also, some other terms will be revealed.
