Ledo offers to buy remaining shares in Frikom at RSD 17,186 apiece

Croatia's Ledo, which operates as part of Agrokor, announced a takeover bid on Friday for remaining 4.17 percent of shares in the Belgrade ice cream and frozen food manufacturer Frikom.

Ledo has promised to pay RSD 17,186 per share to the remaining shareholders of Frikom.

The price of Frikom shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange yesterday amounted to RSD 16,830. Over the last year, the highest price of these shares was RSD 16,999, whereas the lowest was RSD 5,300.

Ledo's bid will be closed February 14th, and the deadline to pay shareholders is three days of the moment they accept the bid.
