Rafael Nadal wins role in Mexican version of Gossip Girl

Rafael Nadal has agreed to make a cameo appearance in one of the epizodes of the Mexican version of the popular TV series "Gossip Girl," the filming of which began last Monday in the famous summer resort Acapulco.

The TV show dubbed "Gossip Girl: Acapulco" will focus on young and rich Mexicans, and the famous Spanish tennis player will play a cameo role in one of the epizodes from the first season.

- We've talked with Rafa's team, and they are interested in cooperation. Rafa will be in Acapulco for Acapulco Open, which will be held between February 25th and March 2nd, and he will shoot his scenes when his schedule allows - Executive Producer Pedro Torres told the media in Mexico, but he did not want to reveal which role would be played by Nadal.
