Orka Ljubljana bought Chemical Industry Hipol Odžaci, investments worth 2.6m EUR

Famous Slovenian company Orka has signed the contract with the Privatization Agency on procurement of 100% of public assets in Chemical Industry Hipol Odžaci. Hipol was sold for 301,000 EUR and Orka obliged to invest 2.6m EUR in the investment program.

At the beginning of March 2006, the Privatization Agency signed the contract with Italian company R.Polimieri that has never been put into effect, so that the offer of the Slovenian company was activated in July.
