Slovenian "Livarna" bought "Zastava livnica" Topola

Topola-based "Zastava livnica" company has been bought on the auction by Slovenian foundry "Livarna" from Ivančna Gorica for 102 million CSD. Director of Slovenian company, Stanislav Osterman, said that his company would try to increase production and employ additional 250 workers. "Livarna" employs about 700 workers and exports entire production to Italy, Germany and France. "Zastava livnica" has debts of 309.7 million CSD and it is the first public company from the "Zastava" group that is sold.
