Dzervin finally finds buyer - Knjazevac-based agribusiness sold to Agro-procesing for RSD 80.5 million
After 11 unsuccessful auctions and much effort by the Knjazevac municipality, a buyer has finally been found for the Dzervin agribusiness, once one of the largest of the kind in Serbia, Timocke Vesti cited Knjazevac Mayor Milan Djokic as saying.
Dzervin is sold to Novi Sad-based Agro-procesing, a member of the Autoritas Investments holding, for RSD 80.5 million.
The new investor will have to make significant investments in equipment as well as destroyed orchards and machines that have been neglected for years.
Djokic also announced some new business activities related to the Jersey factory as well as the arrival of another Italian footwear maker that should begin production in the facilities of former IMT.
