Nine Serbian companies at Foodex food fair in japan

Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) has organized for the fifth time the participation of Serbian companies in the leading food fair in Asia and the Pacific, Foodex Japan 2013, which will be held between March 5 and 8 in Tokyo.

This year, the national booth of Serbia will host the presentation of products of nine Serbian manufacturers of fresh, frozen and dried fruits and vegetable products: Agranela, Agropartner, Podrum Aleksandrovic, Packom International, Fruvela, Lukowa, Sickoberry, Mlekara Sabac, and ITN.

For as many as seven years in a row, Serbia has been the world's largest exporter of frozen raspberries, covering nearly 25 percent of the Japanese market.

Foodex is organized for more than 30 years and represents a leading fair for food products in the Far East market. Last year's Foodex gathered over 2,250 exhibitors from more than 60 countries and about 70,000 expert visitors.
