Minel trafo in bankruptcy procedure to go on sale - Estimated value of RSD 1,57 billion

Trustee in bankruptcy of the company for transformers production, Mladenovac-based Minel Trafo, yesterday announced sales of that company via public bidding and the company was estimated at RSD 1.57 billion.

Deposit for the participation in the bidding process totals RSD 313,22 billion and the estimated value is not minimally acceptable, nor in any way binding for bidders.

All physical and legal entities have the right to participate and the deadline to submit bits is June 11 when public opening will take place. If the highest bid is less than 50% of the estimated value, the trustee in bankruptcy will have to ask for an approval from the Board of Trustees.

In case a bidder who is obliged to submit concentration application, terms and deadlines for contract termination will be adjusted to deadlines necessary for decision of the Commission for Competition Protection.
