A New dispetcher center PIM Ivan Milutinovic, released in work of separation in Smederevo and a Factory of concrete in Krnjaca

With the help of the means granted from the Fund for development, during 2006, in the Company for water roads Ivan Milutinovic (PIM) has been repaired several navigating objects and river tractors on the Danube, and now a modern dispetcher center has been released in work which will be providing services to a third party as well.

The Center will be monitoring the ships on the river passing roads and will be coordinating with the other companies or navigators which are on the water roads, with the River guard, the police or the Port guard. For these services will be specially interested smaller companies in the flow of the Danube.

The Center is equipped with the system of radio connections and a receiver, and it also has installed a computer system with a GPS device, which allows control of fuel consume on all the systems used and it sends to the center data about the engine work and ship position. For now, only a pusher Topola has been conected to the system, and other ships and navigators can expect it during 2006.

The Center has it personal code that can send signals of help to every ship on the river.

The objects of separation that were repaired have also been realesed to work in Smederevo and a Factory of concrete in Krnjaca. Separation has possibilities that with only additional investments of around 20% increase the level of exploitation, which is now around 55 tones per hour, and the Factory of concrete has now capacities for additional programs for concrete elements.
