Turkish KentKart became the majority owner of Apex Solution Technology, which in Belgrade implemented the ticket payment system and vehicle management in public transport - BusPlus.

- We decided to purchase majority stake of Apex from Serbian company, Lanus, and now we own 55% stake. As an international company which implemented this kind of a system in more than 28 European and Asian cities, for which we received international acknowledgment, we want to direct the development strategy of KentKart to new markets - General Manager of Turkish company, Erkan Unal, said.

He says that the BusPlus system which was implemented in Belgrade together with Lanus, presents the most complex and most representative ticket payment system and vehicle management in public transport this company has ever done.

The former majority owner of Apex, the Procescom company, which owns Lanus, remains a minority shareholder with a 21% stake, while 24% stake was taken over by a pioneer in the field of development of systems for electronic cards and systems for satellite vehicle monitoring in Serbia, Sava Terzic.
