Prva Petoletka works for Azerbaijani company

During a recent visit to Azerbaijan, the management of Prva Petoletka (PPT) from Trstenik agreed to supply products for development projects of the local company STP, PPT said in a release.

- We agreed to deliver our products for their development projects, namely cranes, floating platforms and concrete mixers. Since this company plans to produce new trucks as they are not satisfied with the quality of trucks they import from China, STP will develop new projects for which our products are needed - said Ljubisav Simonovic, director of PPT Import-Export.

- STP also plans on starting the manufacture of floating platforms to use to lay oil and gas pipelines under the sea. They plan to make 30 such platforms, and it was agreed that complete hydraulic installations, including armatures, be supplied by PPT. This, along with some other projects, should keep Petoletka's factories PPT Hidraulika, PPT Cilindri and PPT Armature quite busy - said Blagojevic.

PPT and the Azerbaijani company signed a Protocol of Intentions defining their further cooperation.
