Radenska put up for sale

Pivovarna Lasko has confirmed that they have begun the procedure to sell Radenska. Slovenia's largest manufacturer of mineral and natural water has already attracted the attention of the Kofola company from Czech Republic, Chairman of the Kofola Managing Board Jannis Samaras confirmed to the daily newspaper Delo.

Following the sale of Fructal from Ajdovscina, the Lasko Group started looking for a buyer for Radenska as well. An agreement has already been signed with the sales advisor - UniCredit, which will soon prepare an international tender and start seeking buyers. The sales procedure will most probably commence in early September, Chairman of the Pivovarna Lasko Managing Board Dusan Zorko confirmed.
