Holland's Central Europe Beverages acquires additional 22-percent stake in Zajecarska Pivara brewery

Central Europe Beverages (CEB) from the Netherlands announced today that it had acquired additional 16,458 shares of the Zajecarska Pivara brewery, that is, 21.97 percent of the oustanding stock.

A release issued by that company and published in the daily newspaper Blic reads that CEB offered to pay RSD 1,200 per share. The offer was made July 11th and closed July 31st.

The Dutch company now holds 94.3 percent or 71,105 shares in the Zajecar-based brewery.
