NIS to pay out dividend to shareholders tomorrow

The Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) will pay out a dividend for 2012 to its shareholders tomorrow, the oil company announced in a release.

The total sum to be paid out in dividends is RSD 12.36 billion. The gross amount per share is RSD 75.83.

Dividend will be paid out to all shareholders entered into the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House as the holders of shares on the Day of Shareholders of the 5th regular session of the General Assembly, which took place on 8 June 2013.

The shareholders who obtained five NIS shares each, about 2.4 million of them, will receive dividend to their cash accounts with the Postal Savings Bank.

At the same time, NIS will pay the capital gains tax that is set at 15 percent for local physical persons.

The dividend payout date is in line with a decision made by the CEO of NIS.
