Radnicka interchange opens to traffic as of New Year's Day
Belgrade Mayor Dragan Djilas has visited the construction site in Radnicka Street and Jurija Gagarina Street and announced that these streets will have been opened to traffic by the New Year's Day.
Accompanied by Cukarica Mayor Zoran Gajic, New Belgrade Mayor Aleksandar Sapic and City Manager Aleksandar Bijelic, Djilas yesterday toured the building sites for the second northern viaduct of the Radnicka interchange and attended a ceremony marking the commencement of paving works on the upper structure of the Jurija Gagarina interchange.
Djilas said on that occasion that the construction of interchanges leading to the Ada Bridge would allow for quicker development of Belgrade.
