PARIVODIĆ: There should be no losers in forthcoming denationalization

Minister of International Economic Relations of Serbia, Milan Parivodić, said that there should be no winners and losers in the denationalization process, the significant part of the forthcoming ownership restructuring in Serbia.

Parivodić said that the historical rights of the original owners should be respected, as well as the rights of those who acquired property at issue in accordance with the law, but that it should be taken care of the macroeconomic stability.

- It is desirable that the owner of the facility be also the owner of the land on which the facility is located - said Minister.

He added the denationalization of the building land, fiscal decentralization, law on planning and construction and decentralization of the property must be the unique process that would improve the economic and tax situation in Serbia.
