'Doka Serb' company is building Administrative building in Simanovci - Investment worth 6 million EUR

The company 'Doka Serb', Serbian office of one of the leading planking manufacturers of supreme quality 'Doka' from Austria, has started construction of Administrative building in Simanovci.
The new premises will consists of two-storey building, of total 1.100 sqm, as well as modern hall and workshop with usable area of 2.380 sqm. It is also in plan to make access road and a parking lot, as it stands in the announcement by 'Doka Serb'.
This complex, worth 6 million EUR will provide better working conditions for employees.
The new modern warehouse, modernly equipped workshops and office premises will provide even better care of the clients from the territory of Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. The modern working conditions will allow more efficient and better quality services in project planning, logistic organization as well as servicing work and pre-installation of planking, according to the announcement.
Works on the object started in June this year, are under supervision of 'Gradina' from Zemun, and according to Branko Dobricanin, Director of 'Doka Serb', construction works should be done by the end of 2013. After that, the interior will be equipped and all equipment in the workshop and warehouse will be installed.
