Human resources and constant promotion of hiring policy represents an important segment of each company. For almost three years, within the German-Serbian Business Association of Serbia (DSW), there is a working group for HR actively operating and dealing with the most important HR topics and its development in present business conditions.
On September, 30th, the group will hold its 10th meeting. The group consists of managers and HR managers of 80 companies from all branches.
Coordinator of the group, Milan Vuckovic, from the Delegation of German Commerce in Serbia, says that the group has meetings every two months, except in the summer period:
- The topics of these meetings are mostly classical HR topics but also they represent an opportunity for representatives from various companies and branches to share their experiences with challenges in this extremely important area of each company, says Vuckovic, adding that each meeting is held in a different company, across Serbia, which uses that opportunity to show to visitors its production plants, office premises and its organizational system.
This time, after several working meetings across country, Belgrade is host once more. The company 'SEE Business Embassies' is a joint venture project of the company 'Bena', the biggest market leader for business centers in Austria and the regional 'ECOVIS ConFidas' group for tax and management consulting.
Marija Antic, Executive director of 'SEE Business Embassies', says that over 20 representatives of various companies from all over Serbia has already applied for the coming Monday meeting.

-This time, two agenda blocks have been of particular interest to the members of the Working group: professor dr Zivka Przulj will speak about the challenges of creating motivation incomes. She participated a few days ago at the International conference in Zagreb with this topic. The second, also important subject: 'Stress - warning or a chance', with dr Jasna Bjanko and Jelena Brankovic as speakers. Antic also mentioned that the host will make sure the guests feel comfortable at the new conference center of SEE Business Embassies, located on the 19th floor with a spectacular view on Belgrade.
