'Triglav' company is ready to give around 120 million EUR for 'Croatia Insurance', according to the Slovenian Newspaper 'Finance'.
The capital will be partially collected from the state's funds, and partially from the financial funds, like IFC and EBRD.
Deadline for submission of offers has been extended by the end of this week and it has been speculated earlier that besides Triglav other candidates are 'PZU', 'Adris group', 'VIG', 'Ergo' and 'AIG'.

According to 'Seebiz' internet portal, it is also under speculations that both Triglav and Croatia Insurance could in the near future become the 'prey' of another stronger player which could use that purchase to become the leader of the regional market.
