Cedomir Jovanovic's company SHSF takes over Kirka Suri

Boiler and power equipment manufacturer Kirka Suri has been sold to Belgrade-based SHSF.

According to the data provided by the Business Register Agency (BRA), the Kirka Suri company is now 100-percent owned by SHSF.

SHSF's co-owner is LDP's leader Cedomir Jovanovic.

Slobodan Janjusevic, the founder of Kirka Suri, deceased in September 2011, when his wife Slavica Janjusevic took the helm.

Slobodan Janjusevic was declared the best boss in Serbia because aside from paying decent salaries to his employees on a regular basis, he also helped them build 20 houses. In an interview with eKapija in 2011, Janjusevic said that all employees were as one big family helping each other.
