Consumer goods market valued at USD 70.6 billion
The value of Serbia's consumer goods market is USD 70.6 billion. With an expected growth of 50 percent, the estimates are that its value in 2016 will reach USD 105 billion, Minister of Trade and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic said today.
At the conference on fast-moving consumer goods entitled "FMCG Sector by 2020," Ljajic noted that the consumer goods market had no competition in the region given the market size and low starting base, meaning that Serbia was becoming a potential destination for foreign investment.
