Kurir takes over Adria Media to create largest media company in Western Balkans

Serbian media company Kurir Info has acquired a 100-percent stake in the Adria Media Srbija company from its former owners - Europe's top publishers Sanoma, Styria media and Gruner + Jahr.

This acquisition has created a leading regional media company in the Western Balkans that will dominate the publishing business when it comes to daily newspapers, magazines and digital publications. The company now publishes two daily newspapers, 18 magazines and 14 digital publications, Kurir wrote on its website.

Among the magazines published by Adria Media Srbija are Elle, Cosmopolitan, Story, Men's Health, National Geographic, Sensa, Mama...
