New call for sale of Niksic based 'Technosteel'

Bankruptcy administration of Niksic based cold rolling mill "Technosteel" announced yesterday a new call for the sale of the factory, the starting price of € 622,770, about 13.5% lower than at the previous auction.

On sale is the property of the factory, building land and buildings under mortgage.

Building plot of 24,000 m2 is offered at a price of € 179,540, and the facilities for a total of € 443,230.

Offers for the 19th sale of "Technosteel"- can be submitted until 30 January, 11 am, when they will be open. The right to participate in public bidding have all companies and individuals who offer to pay a deposit of 10% of the initial price.

Best bidder is obliged to sign the contract within three days of the sale , while the other bidders will be refunded the deposit. The property is sold as is, without subsequent complaint.

On the tender completed at the end of February, the company "Unipromet" bought two machines from "Technosteel" for a total of 20,000 EUR.
