Adris, Podravka and Franck help Agrokor collect money for Mercator

The deadline for Agrokor and the creditor banks of Slovenian retailer Mercator to reach an agreement on the reschedule of Mercator's loans, which is a condition to the realization of the sales agreement signed last year, expires next Friday - February 28th.
However, the media in Slovenia yesterday announced unofficially that Agrokor and banks would reach that agreement by Tuesday.
The radio station Slovenacki radio (Slovenian radio) reminds that there is still no final agreement on the share price to be paid by Agrokor to the consortium of Mercator owners (which is made up of 12 companies and banks). In addition, this radio also says that Agrokor still does not have required funds to finalize the acquisition, adding that the Adris group, Podravka and Franck will help the company collect the missing funds. Despite the positive news about a progress in negotiations, the value of Mercator shares on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange dropped on Thursday.
