Gas station OMV in Lapovo adapted to sell AdBlue, agent for reduction of nitrogen oxide

In the scope of its activities on establishing of AdBlue infrastructure for trucks with small emission of exhaust gases all around Europe, starting from May 6, 2005, OMV company officially put into operation the first AdBlue gas station in Serbia and Montenegro in Lapovo. OMV plans to adapt its 67 gas stations all around Europe to sell AdBlue, the agent for reduction of nitrogen oxide, until 2007. With new AdBlue urea solution, emission of soot particles from the diesel engine will be reduced by 80%, emission of harmful nitrogen-oxide by one third, while the fuel consumption will be cut by over 7%.
