- FAP production workers are placed on an involuntary leave of absence, while the administrative department works hard to provide the Finns with all the papers they ask for. The management of the Sisu auto company is coming this week to wrap up the acquisition talks. They will bring Jorg Jensen along, a German who is heading Serbia's government team for FAP. The story is serious - the FAP management told Blic.
The previous downsizing at FAP, when 400 workers left the company, cost the state EUR 9 million. FAP now has 800 employees, and the Finns want additional 200 people laid off.
