The contract on sale of BK Trade company, which was the property of the Karić family, to concern Schlaf Kort Tars Mobilkom was signed on May 11, 2005 in Vienna. That contract makes Austrian concern majority owner of stocks in Mobtel.

Unofficially, Horst Gorbah, vice president of the Government of Austria, will stay in Belgrade and present all the details of that contract.
