Baking company AS-Braca Stankovic plans to acquire two more production facilities
Baking company AS-Braca Stankovic has announced in a release that it is about to begin a new business cycle and that it plans to expand the capacity, boost the production and create new jobs in 2014.
After it acquired once renowned manufacturers of bread and baked goods in September 2013, such as Pekara Kikinda, Gradska pekara Sabac and Zitostig Pozarevac, AS-Braca Stankovic plans to take over two more production facilities this year, which will make it possible to accomplish the primary business goal - daily production of 200,000 baking units in the second half of the year. A production boost will be accompanied by the creation of new jobs, so the plan for 2014 is to hire additional 75 workers - the company said in the release.
Apart from production boost and new jobs, the plan for this year is also to expand the product portfolio, so the consumers can expect eight new types of bread and ten new types of baked goods from AS-Braca Stankovic.
