Slovenian company "TUŠ" to have modern business center built in Sremska Mitrovica

Company "TUŠ" from Novo Mesto has bought 1.8 ha of building land in Sremska Mitrovica's settlement Kamenjar and it has attention to have a business center of 3,000 square meters built on that location.

Slovenian company rented the building lot in Sremska Mitrovica on period of 99 years at price of 5.5m RSD. The construction will start in May and the business center could be opened already in September.

In addition to hypermarket, Slovenians plan to have the chain of small stores, restaurant and coffee shop built in this trade center and to employ 90 workers, mainly traders and caterers.
