Construction of new "Maxi" supermarket with garage and about 10 stores in Pančevo - 8,000 square meters, €3m

Pančevo will obtain another "Maxi" trade center, next to the Green Market, until the end of 2005. Supermarket is being built by company "Partnerinženjering" from Belgrade. New trade center will have about 8,000 square meters. There will be garage with 100 parking places on the ground floor, whereas "Maxi" supermarket will be located on the first floor on 3,700 square meters of useful surface. There will be about 10 stores, various contents, catering, textile sale, footwear, beauty shops etc. on the second floor. The value of "Maxi" trade center amounts to about €3m. The old "Maxi", which is located in rented premises of department store of "Trgoprodukt", at the corner of Vojvode Radomira Putnika and Maksima Gorkog Streets, will be closed.
