Slovenian "Paloma" thinking about opening production unit in Serbia

- The investments of Slovenian company "Paloma" in 2007 will amount to 23m EUR and one of the priority goals will be improvement of the business cooperation with the partners on Serbian market - said the Head of the ADministration of "Paloma" Mateja Perger.

"Paloma" also thinks about the possibility of investing into production unit in Serbia. However, it is still unknown whether and where it will happen.

Pointing out that the company plans to realize sales income in amount of 92m EUR in 2007, Perger said that "Paloma" had modernized distribution in Serbia and the care for the delivery on Serbian market left to company "Alka trgovina" with the headquarters in Belgrade and distributive centers in Niš, Kraljevo and Novi Sad.

- The share of "Paloma" on Serbian market in the category of napkins and handkerchieves is 30%, in the category of toilet paper - 9% and in the category of towels - 24% - said Perger.
