Lots for investors offered in Novi Becej

Some twenty lots in the Istok industrial zone in Novi Becej were offered to the interested investors. The area comprises silo of private companies and agricultural-entrepreneurial incubator, deputy of municipal president, Matija Kovac, said to journalists.

The industrial zone in Novi Becej is located at an area of 33 ha, it is equipped with utility services and water, electricity and gas were provided for future investors.

According to the announcement of Kovac, new working zones located on the outskirts of Novi Becej as well as in Novo Milosevo, are planned and the construction of the new working zone is planned in Kumane.

Kovac said that representatives of the Novi Becej municipalities are currently negotiating with the interested investors, mainly in the field of renewable energy sources and agricultural production.

- Many investors find favorable good connection of our municipality with other towns and municipalities, first of all because of the Tisa river, the Danube-the Tisa canal and the railway which connects Pancevo, Zrenjanin, Kikinda and the border with Romania –Kovac said.
