Teko Mining increases its stake in Rakovac-based Alas quarry to 85.78%

The new owner of Alas quarry from Rakovac, Austria's Teko Mining, has closed its takeover bid after acquiring additional 11.82 percent of shares in aforementioned company. Together with all other entities it works with, this Austrian company now controls nearly 86 percent of Alas.

Let us remind that the takeover bid was initiated by the purchase of stake from Austria's Asamer Holding, after which all other shareholders were offered to sell their shares at a price of RSD 1,500 per share, putting the company's market cap at RSD 54 million (EUR 470,000).
