Solar 9580 builds solar power plant in Novo Milosevo - German investor plans further investments in Serbia

Solar 9580 plans to build a 999kW solar power plant in Novo Milosevo. The Kikinda-based company is going to invest about EUR 1.7 million in that power plant in the territory of Novi Becej.

- Solar 9580 is a subsidiary of the namesake German company. The solar power plant in Novo Milosevo is a foreign direct greenfield investment. This German company will invest about EUR 1.7 million - Solar 9580 CEO Dusan Varadjanin says to eKapija.

Our interlocutor points out that they decided to build this power plant in Novo Milosevo because the municipality of Novi Becej was the first to enable them to prepare the necessary documentation.

If they get the green light to sell power under a feed-in tariff, German investor is interested in making a new investment, that is, building a solar power plant with a total capacity of 5-10 MW.
