New deep oil processing method - Pancevo-based refinery to learn from colleagues from Spain

Pancevo-based Oil Refinery is planning construction of new sections and on that field it could benefit from Spanish experience. In order to make sure about technologies they use there, this week, member of the city council, Jelena Batinic and NIS delegation and the Ministry of Mining and Energy is travelling this week to Bilbao, the Radio-television Pancevo announced.

Bilbao is the biggest city in Basque country, rich in ores. There is a large refinery in the city which is an industrial headquarters.

- Bilbao is similar to Pancevo when it comes to industry but it is three times bigger. It has a refinery, developed chemical industry, a port, etc. Deep oil processing is interesting for them in Serbia - Jelena Batinic said, RTV Pancevo reports.

- We will visit the section and see their deep oil processing facility which is very technologically advanced.

Batinic added she expects that the Spanish delegation, i.e. representatives of the Bilbao-based oil refinery visit Pancevo and see current refinery facilities, RTV Pancevo reports.
