If you would like to have the name of Serbia in the company name you will set aside RSD 465.110 for the tax to the state. It can be one of the reasons why a small number of companies opts for using the name of the country, the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED).

It is the fourth highest republic administration tax in our country as shown in the Registry of para fiscal taxes made by NALED in cooperation with USAID project for better business environment.
