Losinj based 'Vitality Punta', the first anti-allergy hotel in Croatia

'Vitality Hotel Punta' located in Veli Losinj, is the first hotel in Croatia to receive international ECARF certificate, which confirms that all products and services are completely adjusted to people with allergies. Therefor it became the first so-called anti-allergy hotel in Croatia, it has been announced today by 'Hotel Jadranka', part of the Hotel group.
The Hotel received the named certificate after demanding audit, according to which, it had to fulfill certain standards in food preparation, as well as several ECARF conditions, such as avoiding herbs that affect allergies by releasing air aeroallergens (e.g. growing grass, hazel, birch or olives), setting up a zone without home pets, introducing herbs grown by hydro culture method to reduce the risk of mold, as well as personal hygiene products for sensitive skills (unscented soaps or soaps without allergy substances).
