Purchase
The US-based KKR bought last year from the fund "Mid Europa Partners," the majority of "United Group", while the minority remained in the property of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Members of the "United Group" were: SBB in Serbia, "Telemach" in Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as "Total TV", which operates in all six countries of the former Yugoslavia.
