Belgrade’s Stock Exchange finally grows – growing number of stockholding companies in Serbia, pressed by Law, offer their stocks on stock exchange
The Belgrade Stock Exchange received 180-200 requests in the last two days from the stockholding companies for their presence on the stock exchange. It is expected that the large number of requests will arrive via mail in the following days.
Of all received requests, 83 with the regular documentation have been processed and the prospectuses of the companies have already been published on the site of the Belgrade Stock Exchange. According to the regulations from the Law on Securities, of March 10, 2007, all companies that had not been included in the market should have delivered their prospectuses and behaved in accord with the legal obligations.
Among the companies that respected the deadline and whose stocks have already been offered on the Stock Exchange are: "Lukoil-Beopetrol", "Soko Nada Štark" and "Autotehna" from Belgrade, "Zastava-tapacirnica" from Kragujevac, "Betatrans" from Zemun, "Trudbenik" from Vršac, "Tamnava" from Ub, "Kontaktor" from Belgrade.
Also, the prospectuses have been published for "Forum inženjering", "Minel koncern" Belgrade, "Napredak" from Plandište, "Varnost fitep" from Zemun, "Vojvodina - reklam" from Novi Sad, "Ciglana" from Bajmok, "Central" from Vrbas.
