Lukoil sells gas stations in Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic
Lukoil decided to sell gas stations in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The sale is a part of the company optimization which has already withdrawn from
Ukraine. The decision was made a few weeks ago after Lukoil announced that the
sanctions of the West will affect all Russian companies, Seebiz reports.
Lukoil sells 44 gas stations in the Czech Republic to the Slovakian branch office of
Hungarian company MOL, 75 gas stations in Hungary and 19 in Slovakia to Hungarian
company Norm Benzinkut.
Sales will end by the end of the year.
