Company "Citadel" submitted documentation for founding of voluntary pension fund
Company "Citadel", the largest investment bank on the territory of southeast Europe, submitted all documentation required for founding of its voluntary pension fund to the National Bank of Serbia. This Fund, when the registration procedure is finished, will represent first such fund in Serbia with 100% of domestic founding capital in private ownership.
The Fund will be managed by the new branch of company "Citadel" - "Citadel Voluntary Pension Fund" – with General Manager Aleksandar Krtinić on its head, who used to have a position of the Manager of company "Delta Generali Voluntary Pension Fund" in Serbia.
Although it is hard at this moment to give prognosis of the exact date of the beginning of work of voluntary pension fund of "Citadel" group, especially because of the complexity of the procedure for obtaining of the license from NBS, the expectations are that it will, most probably, happen in mid-April 2007.

Thanks to that, "Citadel Voluntary Pension Fund" will be able to provide professional and expert approach to their future members, which will be based on the preservation of safety of export with the stable income growth - said Krtinić.
In addition, "Citadel" will submit the request for founding of its first investment fund to the Securities Commission of Republic of Serbia in next few days. According to the announcements, this fund should be put into operation by the end of April 2007.
