Koling and Banca Intesa are selling residential building in Senjak totaling some EUR 2,3 mil EUR.

Koling Banca Intesa announced the sale of residential facility in construction on 2.848 m2 in an elite Belgrade settlement Senjak.

As it was stated in announcement published in Blic, 75% of the works have already been completed. The facility comprises 13 residential units, 22 garage places and additional premises. Total gross construction area on site totals 3,450 m2.
