One Zemun shopping mall to open in the spring 2015 - Israeli investor announces two new brands on our markets

In the spring next year, Israeli-based Industrial Buildings Corporation (IBC) will open Zemun-based retail park, eKapija finds out in the company.

- The works have been completed. We are expecting any moment a usage permit. November should see leases starting equipping their outlets. We are making excellent progress, at the slow pace, without stress. We expect the opening in March or April next year - Jasmina Ugrinic, the Marketing Manager at Industrial Buildings Corporation says for our portal.

Our collocutor expects they will sign 90% of leasing contracts.

They are negotiating with two new brands which have not been present in Serbia so far which will be available for customers in One Zemun retail park.

Apart from the shopping mall, visitors in Zemun will be able to enjoy entertainment park on 20.000 m2.

The Zemun-based shopping market will occupy 15.000 square meters and will have 50 shops. Israeli company, Industrial Buildings Corporation (IBC), invested EUR 20 m in this Zemun-based complex.
