Star of Montenegro gives up on construction of luxurious hotel in Ulcinj

Star of Montenegro gave up its plans to get the construction permit for the construction at the location of former old Jadran hotel in Ulcinj.

Luxurious hotel complex should have been built at that location.

The valuable project has been on hold again because Star of Montenegro, where PC Morsko dobro has a stake of 5%, turned August 13 to the Directorate for construction of the resource ministry with the information it gives up on request for construction permit.

In mid-November last year, Star of Montenegro submitted a request but the responsible ministry soon, in December, halted the procedure due to unpaid fee for regional water supply system.
